Hitting the sack at 9pm. That's a good start to recover the sleep I've been losing for the past few nights. Fitness test was tough, my back was killing me but I did better than the previous test. So I'm satisfied with the result. Strength test on Wednesday. Hopefully I'll be able to lift 100kg for Back Squat. Maybe 70kg for Bench Press? Shit I got to get some good rest.
