Here's a side project for the month:

GETTING IN TO SQUASH-FIT CONDITION BY DECEMBER 2009.

Now that should be fun, it's been awhile trying to stick to a program and discipline myself to actually follow it. From today onwards, everything I do on a daily basis to help me achieve this target will be posted up here. It's more like a reminder for me than it is to show off to people, but who'd give a fuck actually.

Training starts at 0800. A few intervals here and there should be enough to get my body in to aching condition.

Mind's a mess, I'm a mess. I need to get this shit going but nothing is moving. Trials are so far real bad, I'm practically screwed from all angles.

How far in a shithole can I be? Positive, bitch. ARGH goddamnit.

Let's look ahead

Alright so I'm done with the 3rd Leg of the circuit. Finished 3rd overall, very good result.

Next tournament, Milo All-Star International Junior Squash Championships 2009. I've set a pretty high target for this one, I think it's pretty achievable actually. It starts from the 28th of May till 2nd of June at the Astaka Squash Centre in PJ. Come over and give me some good support, would you? (:

Then I'm off to Penang for another one. Anyone want to come with?

So training goes on as normal tomorrow. I'm planning to take a break for a few days from Wednesday onwards, it'd do the body good. After the rest, it'd be hardcore training all the way till the 28th! Pretty pumped up for it actually.

Lesson learnt well.

It wasn't at all a wonderful day today.

Went through another tough lecture by Dad about my attitude on the court. It's not something new, he's been saying it over and over but yet I can't seem to get that out of my system. I'm blowing my brains out trying to control, I'm sure I'll get over it. Positive mindset!

GH3: World Tour was awesome as usual. Aiming to perfect every song on medium level, on the drums! Hard for guitar (; will continue rocking tomorrow.

Disappointed with myself today. Squash was bad and I didn't touch a single book today, literally.

You gotta love Coldplay!

Coldplay has got to be by far one of the best bands out there, don't you think so?

It's already the month of May. Exam is starting on Monday and I haven't studied one bit. I've come to a point where I can't seem to get myself going and actually put my head in to studying. It's just a phase, true but shit, how long can this phase go?

School has not been that fun either. I can't wait to sit for TOEFL and hopefully I'll get pass that required score and get my ass in to college.

It feels good to know I can actually play good squash again. Yesterday's match was satisfying for me, it's been ages since I've played so well. Hell was what it was like for me, for the past few months. But yet again consistency is the key, sadly could not maintain that form for this morning's semi-final. No big deal actually, already achieved my target of making the semis, hopefully that trip to Europe is possible. Amsterdam, Holland and Cologne, Germany - fucking awesome!

Demons

Guster - Demons.

Excellent. So strength test was pretty good. 63kg 1 rep Bench Press and 109kg 3 reps Back Squat, it went down from 66kg for the Bench Press while Back Squat went up from 94.5kg. There's going to be another 2 sessions, fitness and strength, next week. Apparently they want to check for consistency, another tough week.

I'm playing the selections for the World Junior Men 2010 training squad. So if everything goes according to plan, then I'll be officially in the training squad. It's only training, not the actual squad that's going yet. Matches start at 9am, so skipping school as usual.
