Here's a side project for the month:
GETTING IN TO SQUASH-FIT CONDITION BY DECEMBER 2009.
Now that should be fun, it's been awhile trying to stick to a program and discipline myself to actually follow it. From today onwards, everything I do on a daily basis to help me achieve this target will be posted up here. It's more like a reminder for me than it is to show off to people, but who'd give a fuck actually.
Training starts at 0800. A few intervals here and there should be enough to get my body in to aching condition.
